While the overall timeline for your project is estimated at one year, the duration may vary based on unique features you may wish to add to your investment. SECURE INVESTMENTS START WITH LEGALLY SOUND BUILDINGS

In all honesty, we've encountered potential investors who were misled by other property development companies promising shortcuts around legalities. If you're seeking a way to bypass the law, we are not the right partner for you. We strictly adhere to all Indonesian regulations, ensuring that your investment is safe and legitimate. The following are non-negotiable requirements by the Indonesian Government for Foreign Investments in Indonesia:

If you will not be personally present in Bali during the project time, a power of attorney is needed in order for documents to be legally signed by your representative.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

In order to invest in Bali, foreigners need to set up a limited liability company (PT PMA). The company creation comes with a set of requirements from the government, including a minimum investment.

COMPANY CREATION

Once your company has been registered with the government, a business bank account needs to be set up, for tax payments and other government duties.

BANK ACCOUNT SET UP

Once your company has been registered with the government, the land lease can now be signed and notarized under the company's registration number and tax number.

LAND LEASE

Prior to the structural construction, a building permit needs to be applied for in the government portal.

BUILDING PERMIT

Investors, be aware! If anyone promises you investments without the above legalities, you are illegally investing in Bali and run the risk of losing your investment. All of the above documents need to be in the Indonesian language and notarized to be legally accepted. Contracts in English only are not valid in court.

Payment Plan

PAYMENT PLAN

At Zen Soul Bali, we offer a flexible payment plan that allows you to pay as we progress through the project. This structure ensures that your investments are aligned with the development stages.

 

Our payment schedule is as follows:

Payment 1

Downpayment upon signing the contract.

Payment 2

Payment 2 covers all legalities, designs and land preparation. 

Payment 3

Payment 3 covers the construction of the structural building.

Payment 4

Payment 4 covers the the completion of structural work, covering all finishes.

Payment 5

Payment 5 covers furnishings and decor.

Payment 6

Final payment on the day the project is completely finished.

Each stage of the project commences upon scheduled payment. 

Investment amounts vary depending on the villa design and land size; however, you can find previous villa prices under the projects section.
